This Internet-based tool helps students and adults discover extended learning and career opportunities available from local employers, while allowing businesses and industry to connect to their future workforce.
How does it work?
Connect2Business allows employers to create a company profile that markets their company, career opportunities and current job openings directly to specific students and adults across Kansas, based on participants’ career interests and skills. Students and adults will be able to search the Connect2Business database for opportunities to connect directly with employers to land jobs, internships, job shadowing experiences, scholarships, apprenticeship programs, certifications and careers that fit their interests, skills, work values and future goals.
